Job summary

Hong Leong Yamaha Motor Sdn Bhd seeks a Sales & Business Development professional to manage and grow Yamaha Genuine Parts dealer networks across Malaysia, driving sales, improving store performance, and ensuring Yamaha standards are met.

You will develop dealer action plans, monitor inventory, and support promotions while building strong relationships, delivering market insights, and coaching dealer staff to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, marketing, sales, automotive, retail management, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Dealer Management, Retail, Automotive, FMCG, or Distribution.
• Experience in automotive, motorcycle, spare parts, aftermarket, or dealer network management is an added advantage.
• Willing to travel frequently to assigned dealer locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Yamaha Genuine Parts dealers by driving sales and strengthening relationships.
• Develop dealer action plans to improve sales performance.
• Monitor inventory levels and product penetration with dealers.
• Execute marketing campaigns and monitor results.
• Provide market feedback and recommendations to management.
• Coach dealers on product knowledge and selling skills.
• Travel to dealer locations as required.
