Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an Assist Junior Executive / Branch Manager to support daily vehicle repair and service tasks, ensuring road safety in line with company policies and client requirements.

The role includes assisting with service center operations, inventory, and supervising activities to maintain safety and reliability of trucks. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and English and Bahasa Malaysia are required.

Qualifications

• SPM or above required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily service center operations and inventory management.
• Supervise service center activities and workforce to ensure vehicle safety.
• Monitor fitness and appearance of the vehicle fleet daily.
• Follow up on outstanding vehicle issues with the team.
• Communicate with supervisor and adhere to clients' requirements.

Assist Junior Executive / Branch Manager to manage day to day vehicle repair and service task, ensure vehicle is SAFE on the road in accordance with the Company’s policies and clients' requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist for overall running of the service center operation and inventory management to achieve daily productivity target.

Assist for Supervision of service center activities and workforce ensuring Vehicle Safety, Reliability operations. Daily monitoring on the fitness and appearance of the tank truck fleet.

Follow up the outstanding issues of the vehicles.

Able to communicate with Superior.

Able to follow company and clients' requirement..

Able to assist monitor ongoing issues (vehicles or general worker)

JOB REQUIREMENT:

Minimum SPM or above.

FRESH GRADUATES are encouraged to apply
