Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor KPIs across departments.
• Conduct quarterly or bi-annual employee performance reviews.
• Monitor staff productivity and identify underperformance; coordinate improvements.
• Coordinate staffing, especially for 24-hour outlet operations; plan shifts.
• Prepare HR performance reports and maintain performance documentation.
• Collaborate with recruitment, payroll, and HR administration teams.
