• 5+ years of hands-on Workday reporting experience.
• Strong technical proficiency in Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and Dashboards.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Confident communicator with solid stakeholder management skills.
• Cross-module Workday experience is a distinct advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain advanced Workday reports, dashboards, and discovery boards.
• Develop calculated fields and role-specific worklets for different user groups.
• Work with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to deliver tailored reporting solutions.
• Troubleshoot reporting issues and manage ad hoc requests.
• Build cross-functional reports spanning multiple Workday modules.
• Collaborate with the AMS provider on enhancements and best practice adoption.
• Test and validate reporting during Workday release cycles.
• Deliver end-user training and maintain documentation to promote self-service adoption.
