Job summary

SD Guthrie Berhad is seeking a Reporting - Analytics Specialist, HRIS (Workday) to design, develop, and maintain advanced HR reporting and dashboards for leadership. You will tailor calculations and security configurations to support reporting needs across HR and business units.

You will collaborate with HR Partners, Payroll, IT, and AMS providers to ensure accurate data and timely reporting, while adapting to Workday releases. A hybrid work setup is offered in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years in Workday Reporting.
• Proficiency with workday reports, dashboards and security configurations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Workday reports and dashboards for HR and business leaders.
• Build and maintain calculated fields to support custom reporting requirements.
• Develop role-specific dashboards, worklets, and discovery boards for different user groups.
• Assist in testing and validating reporting changes during Workday releases and upgrades.
• Support security configuration related to reporting (report access, data source permissions).
• Partner with configuration team to ensure alignment between reporting logic and business processes.
• Engage with HR Business Partners, Payroll Vendors, IT and other departments to gather requirements.
• Provide guidance and training to stakeholders on interpreting and using reports.
• Troubleshoot reporting issues and manage ad hoc reporting requests.
• Coordinate with AMS during Workday releases to validate reporting functionality.
