Swarovski Malaysia is seeking a Workday Functional Developer to translate business needs into effective Workday configurations, implement improvements, and coordinate project activities. You will maintain data quality, map business processes, and partner with HR and operations to optimize the Workday roadmap.

A world of wonder awaits you.About the jobYour responsibilities include, but are not limited to:* Research new enhancements and education opportunities on a regular basis through Workday Community* Responsible for translating business needs into functional requirements* Responsible for Workday configurations, implement new or improved solutions and coordinate and lead activities related to project work plans* Responsible for document changes accordingly and updating the respective training manuals and relevant documentation* Responsible for maintaining data quality and integrity for the assigned area* Partner with stakeholders to map out business processes and find the best way of implementing and optimizing these through Workday* Advise and train HR Specialists, HR Operations and Managers on using Workday and sharing best practices* Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and HR Operations in order to ensure alignment of the Workday Feature Adoption Roadmap for the assigned area with the business need About youWe are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:* Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role* Excellent command in English (proficiency)* Extensive hands on experience with Workday ideally across all functional areas with in-depth knowledge for at least 2 modules preferably in Talent & Performance Module (Workday Certified preferred)* Experience of the HRIS aspects of HR Processes such as performance review, merit cycle, onboarding processes or benefits* Analytical ability to review data and see relationships and possesses strong analytical skills* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
