Swarovski is seeking a Workday Functional Developer to join our diverse team and help translate business needs into robust Workday configurations. You will partner with HR stakeholders to map and optimize HR processes, train users, and lead changes across modules, preferably Talent & Performance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar Workday role.
• Excellent command of English.
• Hands-on Workday experience across functional areas with at least 2 modules, preferably Talent & Performance.
• Knowledge of HRIS aspects like performance reviews, merit cycle, onboarding or benefits.
• Strong analytical, communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to build relationships across all levels in a global organization.

Responsibilities

• Research Workday enhancements and education opportunities via Workday Community.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Configure Workday, implement solutions, and coordinate project work plans.
• Document changes and update training manuals and relevant documentation.
• Maintain data quality and integrity for the assigned area.
• Map out business processes with stakeholders and implement/optimize in Workday.
• Advise and train HR Specialists and Managers on using Workday and best practices.
• Align Workday Adoption Roadmap with business needs with senior stakeholders.

About the job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Research new enhancements and education opportunities on a regular basis through Workday Community
• Responsible for translating business needs into functional requirements
• Responsible for Workday configurations, implement new or improved solutions and coordinate and lead activities related to project work plans
• Responsible for document changes accordingly and updating the respective training manuals and relevant documentation
• Responsible for maintaining data quality and integrity for the assigned area
• Partner with stakeholders to map out business processes and find the best way of implementing and optimizing these through Workday
• Advise and train HR Specialists, HR Operations and Managers on using Workday and sharing best practices
• Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and HR Operations in order to ensure alignment of the Workday Feature Adoption Roadmap for the assigned area with the business need

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent command in English (proficiency)
• Extensive hands on experience with Workday ideally across all functional areas with in-depth knowledge for at least 2 modules preferably in Talent & Performance Module (Workday Certified preferred)
• Experience of the HRIS aspects of HR Processes such as performance review, merit cycle, onboarding processes or benefits
• Analytical ability to review data and see relationships and possesses strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong listener
• A team player with excellent organizational, prioritization, project and time management skills to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment which is undergoing transformational change
• Ability to build effective work relationships at all levels of the organization and speak in a way that other less technical colleagues can understand
• Experience supporting and partnering with diverse and globally dispersed stakeholders and team members
