Job summary

AIXTRON Malaysia is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor for its Batu Kawan site. You will lead daily inbound, storage, and outbound activities, ensuring FIFO/FEFO, accurate inventory movements, and strict safety standards.

In this role you will work with SAP/WMS, maintain bin locations, generate daily warehouse reports, and supervise a small team of material handlers, driving continuous improvements in processes and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Logistics, SCM, or related field; bachelor’s preferred.
• 3–5 years in warehouse operations in a Malaysian manufacturing environment.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Hands-on experience with SAP/WMS and MS Excel.
• Forklift or reach truck certification an advantage.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in shift environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily receiving, put-away, binning, and labeling.
• Oversee picking, packing, and staging for outbound shipments.
• Maintain FIFO/FEFO and 5S/lean standards.
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Prepare daily reports and support inventory movements.
• Ensure bonded vs non-bonded inventory separation and compliance.
• Lead and train material handlers; support safety audits.
