Job summary

CJ Century Logistics – Bukit Raja, Selangor is seeking a WMS IT Manager to provide functional and technical support to Warehouse Operations, leading IT solutions and project implementations for new or existing customers. You will coordinate with internal teams to design and deploy nWMS/nTMS/LolS WMS deployments, analyze requirements, guide end users, and ensure timely resolution of incidents within SLAs, while driving continuous operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or MIS related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience implementing and supporting Warehouse Management Systems.
• Proven track record partnering with senior leadership to drive and manage projects.
• Experience in Transport Management System (TMS) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead project to coordinate with stakeholders to plan, organize, scheduling and capture the client's technical requirement.
• Coordinate with VINA IT team to provide nWMS/nTMS/LolS WMS solutions based on client's technical requirement and project tracking to ensure the project implementation are on schedule.
• Analyse, design, construct and test nWMS/nTMS/LolS WMS deployment or application enhancement.
• Communicate and collaborate with external business partners to support resolutions of application and system issues.
• Provide technical guidance and training to end users.
• Continued drive of operational improvements.
• Ensure service requests and incidents are resolved within SLAs and all audit findings closed in a timely manner.
• Prioritize by issue and pro-active to attend support calls.
• Flexible to take on additional roles and responsibilities as required by the business.
