True Wine Sdn Bhd is seeking a diligent office administrator to support daily admin tasks, prepare quotations, sales and delivery orders, and maintain accurate records. This role offers hands-on exposure to sales, logistics and inventory within a wine trade environment.

You will coordinate with customers, suppliers and warehouse teams, assist with stock updates and filing, and learn essential office operations in a small, dynamic team in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.

Responsabilités

• Run daily admin: docs, quotations, sales and delivery orders, data entry and filing.
• Coordinate customers, suppliers and warehouse across the wine trade.
• Gain hands-on sales, logistics and inventory experience.
