Job summary

Qualifications

• Candidates should have hands-on experience with routine accounting tasks.
• Familiarity with invoicing, vouchers and receipts is preferred.
• Experience handling payables and receivables is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions and bookkeeping.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers and receipts.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Monitor customer outstanding payments and follow up on collections.
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain financial records.
• Assist with monthly accounts closing and financial reports.
• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal departments.
