Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of strong hands‑on experience with Windows Server administration and troubleshooting.

• Mandarin communication skills are mandatory.
• Experience with at least one virtualization platform: VMware or Hyper‑V.
• Experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, DNS, DHCP, and network troubleshooting.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of storage technologies (NAS, SAN, RAID, NFS).
• Nice to have Linux/Unix knowledge and CCNA/CCNP certifications.
