Job summary

Wolfspeed Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Endpoint Administrator to manage enterprise endpoints with Microsoft Intune and Configuration Manager in Ipoh. You will administer policies, enroll devices, patch OS, automate tasks, and report on compliance while coordinating with testing and deployment teams.

The role requires strong teamwork, documentation, and communication skills, with a focus on secure configurations, automation, and ongoing service improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing enterprise endpoints with Microsoft Intune and Configuration Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Autopilot, Entra ID join or hybrid join, co-management, patching, and endpoint security policies.
• Experience with application packaging, deployment troubleshooting, compliance reporting, and endpoint issue remediation.
• Strong documentation, change management, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer daily operations of Intune and Configuration Manager endpoint services.
• Maintain secure, compliant device configurations, patching, and application deployments.
• Troubleshoot endpoint issues and perform root cause analysis and remediation.
• Drive endpoint management improvements through automation, reporting, and service enhancements.
