Job summary

GoKardz Technologies in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Senior Workplace Engineer to join the Windows Edition Product team. You will manage end-to-end application deployment in Intune and provide L3 support, addressing major incidents and technical issues.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience with MDM strategies and strong documentation skills, focusing on entity onboarding and mass migration support. The position includes an on-call possibility and non-business hour tasks.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience required.
• Must have strong English C1 skills.
• Proficient in writing detailed documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end application deployment in Intune.
• Provide L3 support for major incidents and technical issues.
• Conduct bug analysis and fixes.
