Job summary

Dexcom Malaysia is seeking an IT Desktop Support leader to guide endpoint architecture for Windows and end-user devices, aligning local work with global standards. You will be the SME for Microsoft Intune, MECM, Autopilot and modern device management solutions, and you will drive lifecycle management, build standards, application delivery, patching, and decommissioning.

You will lead Windows 10/11 modernization, remediation programs, and standardized packaging with automation.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience engineering enterprise desktop and endpoint environments.
• Deep expertise in Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, AD, Group Policy and device security baselines.
• Hands-on experience with Intune and MECM for deployment, servicing, compliance and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead endpoint architecture and strategy for Windows and end-user devices.
• Serve as SME for Intune, MECM, Autopilot and modern device management solutions.
• Design, implement and optimize endpoint lifecycle management, including build standards, app delivery, patching and decommissioning.
• Drive Windows 10/11 modernization, feature updates and vulnerability remediation.
• Maintain standardized packaging/deployment frameworks with automation and scalability.
• Act as escalation point for complex endpoint, OS and app issues.
• Partner with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure and Manufacturing IT teams on security and compliance.
• Evaluate, pilot and adopt new endpoint technologies to improve user experience and security.
• Define and enforce desktop engineering standards and documentation.
• Lead large-scale initiatives like OS migrations, device refresh and global rollouts.
