Marsh, based in Kuala Lumpur, is recruiting a Windows Endpoint Engineer for a hybrid role requiring three days in the office. You will design and maintain the global Windows endpoint platform, spanning Intune, Autopilot, and security controls to support a large, diverse device estate and 95,000 colleagues.

You will lead provisioning workflows, automate with PowerShell and Graph, and collaborate with security, identity, and regional teams to deliver secure, reliable experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong experience engineering Windows 11 endpoints in a large, distributed enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Windows Autopilot and cloud-based Windows configuration and compliance.
• Experience with Windows deployment, servicing, recovery and troubleshooting, including updates and drivers.
• Strong knowledge of application deployment, update management and compatibility for Microsoft 365 Apps.

Responsabilités

• Engineer and maintain the enterprise Windows endpoint platform across devices and configurations.
• Design provisioning workflows using Intune, Entra ID, and Windows Autopilot, including Entra-only scenarios.
• Manage Windows configuration, updates, servicing rings, drivers and firmware.
• Improve application packaging, deployment, update and remediation processes with owners.
• Implement endpoint security and compliance capabilities including BitLocker and Defender controls.
• Use PowerShell and Microsoft Graph to automate tasks and integrate endpoint services with platforms like ServiceNow.
• Analyze telemetry and experience data to identify trends and improve device health and reliability.
• Lead complex incidents and root-cause analyses with vendor collaboration as needed.
• Create technical designs, roadmaps and engineering guides for global endpoint services.
