Job summary

Commerz Global Service Solutions in Malaysia seeks an experienced IT Operations specialist to manage and optimize production servers and infrastructure. You will be responsible for 2nd/3rd line support, incident resolution, and the implementation of changes and releases across global systems.

You will monitor OS and security patches, support cloud environments (Google Cloud and Azure), and participate in server migration projects while ensuring regulatory and audit compliance.

Qualifications

• University-level degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in IT operations.
• Experience with complex processes and systems.

• Participate in a cross-functional team in order to be able to perform all the tasks required to deliver the relevant products, services, processes and systems
• Product portfolio management and control, implementation and further development of one or more products, services, processes and/or systems throughout the entire lifecycle in a team, taking into account quality standards.
• Development and implementation of digital strategies, ensuring the core infrastructure of products, services, processes and systems, consistent introduction of innovative technologies, and development and expansion of the use of digital channels
• Continuous optimization of uniform, efficient, process‑organizational concepts
• Development, further development and transfer of technical and process‑related as well as IT‑technical knowledge on the subject under responsibility
• Application and further development of the necessary competencies for the construction of new future‑oriented digital architecture
• Design and implementation of agile quality assurance and risk management
• Conduct analyzes and create concepts based on market, trend and competitive observations

Education

• Active maintenance and updating of productive systems
