Job summary

ams OSRAM is seeking a skilled Integration Specialist to manage interface and data integration projects using SEEBURGER BIS. You will work with internal departments and external partners to design configurations and mappings across formats such as ANSI.X12, EDIFACT, XML and JSON.

The role requires 3+ years in integration, a degree in CS/IT, and strong communication in English. Expect collaboration in an international, flat-team structure with occasional Go-Live support.

• Good English communication is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve any type of technical interface / integration demand (creation, changes, decommissioning) with SEEBURGER BIS.
• Align on integration demands with internal departments or IT solutions and external partners.
• Create concept for configuration and mapping under integration policies as preparation for realization.
• Create mapping / translation with inline documentation in SEEBURGER Mapping Designer for data formats (e.g. ANSI.X12, EDIFACT, CSV, XML, JSON).
• Create or organize configuration in SEEBURGER BIS Masterdata Navigator and perform component testing.
• Perform full testing of complete interface / integration.
• Handover interface to internal requester and align on approval.
• Create or update documentation.

Job description

Central Functions support the board as well as the business in achieving its strategic objectives. These are, for example, Information Technology, Human Resources, Logistics, Compliance, Finance and many more.

• Serve any type of technical interface / integration demand (creation, changes, decommissioning) with central ams OSRAM integration platform SEEBURGER BIS from technical perspective, like B2B, A2A, API.
• Align on technical interface / integration demand with colleagues from internal business departments or IT solutions and external partners or service providers.
• Create concept for configuration (e.g. communication, security) and mapping / translation under consideration of integration / interface policies as preparation for realization.
• Create mapping / translation incl. inline documentation in SEEBURGER Mapping Designer for any kind of data format (e.g. ANSI.X12, EDIFACT, CSV, IDoc, XML, JSON, Inhouse, AVRO, SQL).
• Create or organize configuration in SEEBURGER BIS Masterdata Navigator and perform component testing, like technical communication or workflow (“Entities”).
• Perform full testing of complete interface / integration.
• Handover interface to internal requestor and align on approval.
• Create or update documentation.

• Degree or higher in Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
• 3+ years experience in integration / interfaces.
• Knowledge about interfaces / integrations, communication technologies, data formats, security mechanism.
• Knowledge about Windows, SQL Server, XSLT, XPath, AS2, REST, SOAP, HTTP, OFTP2, ANSI.X12, EDIFACT, Inhouse, XML, JSON.
• Work structured, support projects (agile + waterfall).
• Preferably an IT Professional with focus on technology and work as project team member.
• Worked in projects as representative for the team and worked in teams (International, Virtual).
• Work in an international team in a flat structure.
• Occasionally cover activities outside regular office hours (e.g. a Go Live).
• Good English communication is required.
