Job summary

Prestasi Flour Mill is seeking an Assistant Silo Operator for our raw wheat facility in Pasir Gudang. You will manage intake, storage, and distribution of raw wheat, operate silo equipment, and help maintain quality and safety throughout the handling process.

You should be comfortable with shift work (including Sundays and public holidays), have basic Microsoft Office skills, and be detail‑oriented with good communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel/Word) and computer literacy.
• Willing to work shifts including Sundays and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments of raw wheat and document deliveries.
• Coordinate wheat receiving with departments, agencies, and transporters.
• Operate equipment to load/unload and transfer wheat into silos.
• Monitor storage conditions and maintain segregation of varieties.
