Job summary

The role involves executing daily shift production schedules, adhering to Safety Operating Procedures, coordinating with engineering for preventive maintenance, and supporting ISO 22000 activities to ensure product quality.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Experience in Food Manufacturing is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, control and manage the efficient running of the production lines to meet daily target.
• Execute daily shift production schedule by operating and balancing the wheat cleaning and flour milling production lines to achieve target efficiency, extraction rates, capacity and quality compliance.
• Adhere to Safety Operating Procedures.
• Ensure autonomous preventive maintenance and coordinate with engineering for efficient production level.
• Support ISO 22000 compliance and participate in related activities.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
