Job summary

NUSBE is seeking a proactive Business Development & Community Executive in Kuala Lumpur to grow our wellness platform and build meaningful relationships with users, communities and partners. You will focus on acquiring new users, developing partnerships and driving engagement through our mobile app and wellness services.

You will be responsible for guiding registrations, expanding community collaborations, managing customer relationships, and tracking performance against monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent; relevant BD or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in business development, sales, or community management is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confident in approaching new people and building professional relationships.
• Self-motivated, organized and target-driven.
• Interest in wellness, fitness, or technology-related services.

Responsibilities

• Drive user acquisition and platform growth through online and offline channels.
• Develop and manage partnerships with gyms, studios, and wellness communities.
• Engage customers, promote bookings, and collect feedback to improve experience.
• Monitor metrics and prepare monthly reports on outreach and performance.
