NUSBE | Wellness Technology & Lifestyle Platform is seeking a Community Engagement & Events Executive to develop engaging wellness activities, attract diverse lifestyle communities and drive active participation through the NUSBE mobile application.

You will plan campaigns and activities, coordinate online and offline events, monitor registrations and conversions, forge collaborations with fitness instructors, gyms and community organisers, and support marketing with promotional content and

Competenze

• Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred; relevant experience will also be considered.
• Experience in marketing, events, social media or community engagement is an advantage.
• Creative, organised and comfortable managing multiple activities.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing tools.
• Interest in fitness, wellness, lifestyle and technology.
• Fresh graduates with strong creativity and initiative are welcome.

Mansioni

• Plan, create and manage wellness activities within the NUSBE mobile application.
• Develop monthly activity calendars targeting different customer groups.
• Create attractive campaign descriptions, event information and promotional content.
• Monitor registrations, attendance and booking conversions.
• Identify relevant communities such as gym members, fitness enthusiasts, runners, office workers and wellness groups.
• Coordinate collaborations with fitness instructors, gyms and community organisers.
• Encourage participants to register, book and engage with the platform.
• Prepare promotional content for social media and digital channels.
• Work with the marketing team to promote upcoming activities.
• Support event announcements, community communication and participant follow-ups.
• Suggest new campaign ideas based on customer interests and trends.
• Coordinate online and offline wellness activities.
• Manage participant registration and event arrangements.
• Encourage event participants to book NUSBE wellness experiences.
• Follow up after activities to improve repeat participation and bookings.
• Achieve monthly activity participation and customer acquisition targets.
• Track app registrations, event participation, confirmed bookings and actual treatment attendance.
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
