Job summary

BE INTERNATIONAL MARKETING SDN. BHD. is seeking a Senior Executive/Executive, Marketing (Supplement) to drive product seminars, trainings, and campaigns for distributors and customers. You will develop content, manage events, and ensure compliant messaging for health supplements.

The role involves presenting at seminars, creating training materials, coordinating with multiple departments, and delivering analytics-backed results. Travel and after-hours events are expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Biomedical Science, Pharmacy, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in health supplements or wellness.
• Ability to translate scientific information into engaging content.
• Confident presenter with experience in seminars/trainings.
• Willingness to travel and work occasional after-hours or weekends for events.

Responsibilities

• Plan and host product seminars and trainings for distributors and leaders.
• Create booklets, videos, and training kits explaining ingredients, benefits, and usage clearly.
• Handle product inquiries from distributors and customers promptly.
• Execute online and offline campaigns according to the marketing plan.
• Plan and run offline events such as product launches, roadshows, and distributor gatherings.
• Monitor sales against monthly targets and prepare performance reports.
• Gather feedback and market intelligence to support planning and future launches.
