Job summary

ResMed Inc. seeks a Wellbeing Coordinator based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, to support health, safety and wellbeing across the Malaysia site.

The role focuses on Recover at Work, workers’ compensation and injury management with coordination across People, Facility Management and Operations teams. The successful candidate will educate the business on RTW processes, manage SOCSO records, liaise with medical practitioners, and drive recovery outcomes while maintaining compliant records and providing

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Nursing or related field; relevant APC/licensing preferred.
• 2+ years in regulated industries or manufacturing environment.
• Experience in health and safety programs preferred (recover at work, RTW, workers’ compensation).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Recover at Work programs and RTW plans.
• Coordinate injury management, workers’ compensation, and SOCSO reporting.
• Serve as primary contact for injured workers and stakeholders; monitor progress and rehabilitation.
• Maintain confidential records in line with laws and guidelines.
• Support Workplace Safety Committee meetings and health and wellbeing initiatives.
• Assist in first aid management and training for First Aiders.
