Job summary

ResMed in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, is seeking a Wellbeing Coordinator to join our Health and Safety team. Based in Johor Bahru, you will support recovery-at-work programs, injury management and wellbeing initiatives to protect employees and sustain operations.

You will collaborate with People, Facility Management and Operations teams to drive RTW plans, maintain confidential records, review pre-employment medicals, and coordinate cross-functional activities across the site.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Nursing or a health-related field with APC or regulatory standing.
• Experience in highly regulated industries or manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously and coordinate remotely.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Recover at Work programs and processes.
• Educate the business on recovery at work and insurance benefits.
• Incident handling and SOCSO record management with monthly reporting.
• Primary liaison for injured workers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate treatment and rehabilitation, including RTW plans.
• Provide follow-up support for employees on medical leave and monitor progress.
• Coordinate injury and claim management across duty of care and workers’ comp.
• Maintain confidential records in line with laws and guidelines.
• Support Workplace Safety Committee meetings and wellbeing activities.
• Review site ergonomics and assist in first aid responsibilities.
