About the role

EPG DATA CENTER MODULE SDN. BHD. is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in Senai Johor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for performing welding operations to assemble and repair metal structures, products, and equipment.

What you'll be doing

• Perform welding operations using various welding techniques and equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the appropriate welding procedures
• Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
• Maintain and operate welding equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve welding-related issues
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies

What we're looking for

• Formal training or certification in welding, such as a diploma or vocational qualification
• Proficiency in various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding specifications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in the Trades & Services industry, particularly in the Welders & Boilermakers sub-industry, would be highly advantageous
