Job summary

Sika is seeking a Storekeeper cum Weighbridge Clerk to manage daily weighbridge operations, perform SAP GRN postings, and maintain strict inventory control across store operations. The role connects physical material handling with SAP data integrity to ensure accurate receiving, stock reconciliation, and compliance across the site.

The ideal candidate will operate weighbridge equipment, verify incoming deliveries, execute SAP GRN postings, and perform regular stock takes following FIFO

Qualifications

• Operate weighbridge to weigh incoming raw materials, bulk shipments, and outgoing vehicles.
• Execute precise Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) postings in SAP in a timely manner.
• Perform regular stock takes, cycle counts, and physical inventory reconciliations against SAP records.
• Ensure strict adherence to EHS policies and maintain clean, safe work areas.

Responsibilities

• Operate weighbridge equipment and verify DO, weighbridge slips, and DO vs PO accuracy.
• Post GRNs in SAP and resolve system errors or discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain and reconcile inventory using FIFO principles and report variances.
• Archive weighbridge tickets, DOs, and GRNs for audit compliance.
