Job summary

Sika in Nilai is hiring a Storekeeper cum Weighbridge Clerk to manage weighbridge operations, SAP postings, and inventory control. You will ensure accurate goods receipt, data integrity, and proper record-keeping, supporting safe and efficient site activities.

The role focuses on maintaining stock accuracy, coordinating material handling, and adhering to EHS policies at the Nilai plant.

Qualifications

• SPM/STPM/ Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Hands-on SAP MM/WM experience is essential.
• Experience with GRN processing and FIFO inventory control is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate weighbridge equipment to weigh incoming materials and outgoing vehicles accurately.
• Verify DO, weighbridge slips, supplier docs against PO.
• Execute GRN postings in SAP promptly and ensure data integrity.
• Archive weighbridge tickets, DOs, and GRNs for audit compliance.
• Conduct regular stock takes and cycle counts; maintain FIFO.
