Job summary

Blacktop Lanchang Sdn Bhd invites applications for a weighbridge clerk to handle delivery documentation, record truck weights, and ensure accuracy of all site records in Kuantan, Malaysia.

The role requires at least SPM and basic Word/Excel skills; no prior experience is necessary. You will update daily computer records, report anomalies, manage goods receipt, restrict unauthorized access, and participate in training, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• At least SPM qualification with willingness to learn.
• Basic computer literacy including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Record truck weights and prepare delivery documentation with accuracy.
• Timely report anomalies during weighbridge operations.
• Ensure delivery docs are correct and tally with records.
• Update daily records in the computer system for delivery performance.
• Receive all incoming goods and ensure proper handling.
• Restrict unauthorized persons from entering the weighing office.
• Participate in training and competency programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area meeting housekeeping standards.
• Work overtime as required to support operations.

• Weighbridge clerk provide delivery documentation/paperwork and record the weight of truck arriving and leaving the site and ensure the accuracy of related information.
• Timely report of any anomalies during at weighbridge operations.
• Ensure the information related to the delivery documentation are correct, accurate and tally.
• Updating daily record on computer system and report out for daily delivery performance.
• To handle goods receive all incoming materials.
• To control unauthorized person from entering the weighing office.
• Participating and complete any training and competency program provided.
• Maintain clean and safe work area as required to meet company's housekeeping standards and to allow orderly completion of duties.
• Perform overtime work when required to support operational needs
