Job summary

Malayan Flour Mills is seeking a weighbridge operator to manage truck entries and weighbridge processes at our facility in Pasir Gudang, Johor. You will register new trucks, build orders, and print pick slips, ensuring accuracy of loading information and weighbridge data.

The role requires basic computer literacy, strong customer service and communication skills, and experience with weighbridge operations. Join a team supporting bulk flour and feed shipments with QA and warehouse coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Basic level of computer literacy.
• Proven weighbridge operation experience would be advantageous.
• Advanced customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Weigh truck weight for vehicles entering flour/feed/Premier Grain at weighbridge.
• Register new truck information in the system when required.
• Build order if any amend and print pick slip.
• Double check loading info with the logistics officer.
• Confirm quantity loaded and print weighbridge ticket for incoming vehicles.
• Weigh truck weight for vehicles exiting at weighbridge.
• Verify variance and request truck confirmation from warehouse as needed.
• Enter key seal numbers into Weighbridge and JDE systems for bulk orders.
• Create information in JDE for printing Deliver orders.
• Check delivery attachments with COA and obtain approval with stamp on DN.
• Request driver approval received with sign at deliver order.
