Job summary

Hume Cement Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a weighbridge operator to perform weighing of inbound and outbound trucks at the weighbridge using the FMS. You will ensure trucks are loaded to correct bays based on product type and confirm pallets, tanks, tonnage, and silo requirements are met during weigh-in.

• Note weight variances and communicate to supervisor.

• Perform weighing process of inbound and outbound trucks at weighbridge via system (FMS).
• To ensure all tankers and pallets trucks are chop (Pallets Products, Hardware, Tonnage Control, Silo to be loaded) during weigh in process and instruct the trucks to the correct loading bays based on the product type.
• To ensure all inbound trucks are weigh in/out with correct product to align with PO and key in the supplier net quantity correctly follow the weighbridge ticker supplier.
• To ensure all trucks are weigh in/out with packing slip, WB ticket and DO are printed in FMS.
• To ensure and report to the superior if any malfunction of barrier gate, indicator is observed and variance of weight.
