Job summary

IShine Cleaning Services in Bandar Puteri Puchong 5 is seeking a friendly Customer Service Executive to join our team. You will handle inquiries via WhatsApp and phone, manage cleaning bookings, and coordinate schedules with our cleaners.

You should communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English, work well independently or as part of a team, and provide high-quality service. Weekend shifts are required, with Saturday 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM and Sunday off.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible and disciplined.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Basic computer and WhatsApp skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer service experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp and phone calls
• Manage cleaning bookings and service schedules
• Coordinate cleaning schedules with our cleaners
• Handle customer feedback, requests and complaints
• Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist with daily administrative tasks
