Job summary

BE Beauty Sdn Bhd's BESlim team is seeking a friendly customer service ambassador to welcome clients from inquiry to journey completion in Kuala Lumpur. You will handle enquiries, coordinate appointments, explain treatments and available promotions, and ensure a smooth, professional BESlim experience.

You will engage with clients across WhatsApp, phone, and social channels, follow up on bookings and renewals, process payments, and support a high standard of service with weekend availability and

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Friendly, approachable and confident when interacting with clients.
• Good command of English and Mandarin; additional languages are a plus.
• Comfortable using computers, WhatsApp and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and assist with registration and check-in.
• Manage appointments, reminders, rescheduling and follow-ups.
• Respond to enquiries via WhatsApp, phone, social media and other channels.
• Explain BESlim services, promotions, packages and payment options.
• Handle basic enquiries about BESlim treatments and slimming journey.
• Conduct client consultations to understand needs and goals.
• Follow up with potential clients to drive bookings and conversions.
• Support existing clients for retention and package renewals.
• Process payments, issue receipts and maintain basic records.
