Job summary

Le Meridien Petaling Jaya invites a Wedding Planner to drive sales for corporate, government, social, MICE and weddings. On-site role in Kelana Jaya with growth opportunities.

Under supervision of DOSC, you will manage top accounts, conduct site visits, negotiate rates, and coordinate with events teams using Opera Sales and Catering. This full-time position offers RM5,000–RM6,000 per month and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel or events sales is preferred.
• Ability to solicit local and international event accounts.
• Respond to inquiries quickly and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Solicit local and international conference and event accounts.
• Maintain top 30 accounts and develop BD plans for top events.
• Engage with meeting planners to secure future business.
• Utilize Opera Sales and Catering system for data input and tracking.
• Prepare and finalize banquet event orders and related documentation.
