Job summary

AmBank Group is seeking a Relationship Manager for Priority Banking in Perak. You will acquire and nurture relationships with high-net-worth clients, execute sales plans, and cross-sell investment and banking products. An advisory approach and strong service will drive loyalty and revenue.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years in wealth/banking sales, with certifications IPPC, CUTE, PRS, PCEIA, CEILLI & TBE. Strong communication, teamwork, and resilience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• Minimum 2 years of wealth/banking sales experience.
• Certifications: IPPC, CUTE, PRS, PCEIA, CEILLI & TBE.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve goals and targets.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive team player capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and foster relationships with high-net-worth customers to generate revenue.
• Prepare and pro-actively execute sales plans for individual prospective customers using internal sources and marketing activities.
• Market investment products and cross-sell bank products (lending, credit cards, Islamic banking, insurance).
• Provide advisory services and after-sales support to strengthen relationships.
• Ensure customer loyalty and promote brand through regular client contact and product usage reviews.
