Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or business development in banking/financial services.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
• Strong understanding of banking products, investments, and financial markets.
• Licenses/certifications (FIMM, PCE, CUTE) are advantageous.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively acquire new high-net-worth clients and expand relationships through needs-based selling and cross-selling.
• Conduct financial needs analysis and risk profiling to recommend suitable banking solutions.
• Develop and implement relationship strategies to meet client objectives and targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare reports on portfolio performance, sales activities, and pipeline.
• Collaborate with product specialists, credit analysts and internal stakeholders.
• Resolve client inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales capabilities.
