Job summary

United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd seeks an experienced wealth manager to cultivate and manage relationships with high-net-worth clients. You will identify new opportunities, analyze financial needs, and tailor investment and lending solutions to align with clients’ goals.

You will present complex products clearly, monitor portfolios, and stay informed on market trends while ensuring strict regulatory compliance and collaboration with product specialists.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in wealth management/private banking with high-net-worth clients.
• Proven track record in acquiring and managing client portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of investment products and financial planning.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients.
• Identify and acquire new high-net-worth clients through networking and referrals.
• Conduct financial needs analysis and develop tailored wealth strategies.
• Present complex financial solutions clearly to clients.
• Monitor portfolios and adjust as needed; stay updated on market trends.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with product specialists to deliver integrated solutions.
