Job summary

Alliance Bank in Malaysia seeks a Priority Banking Sales Executive to deliver personalized service to PB customers, resolving issues within target times and identifying sales opportunities to expand the customer base.

You will grow CASA, Fixed Deposits and investment balances, promote product bundles, and collaborate with Wealth Management, Branch Operations and Lending hubs to provide exclusive offerings while maintaining compliance and quality service.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years working experience in banking/financial industry, especially consumer banking
• Strong service and sales orientation with problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Attend PB customers to resolve problems and fulfill transactions within target turnaround times
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities through referrals and personalized service recovery
• Grow customer assets and balances (CASA, FD, investments) via cross-sell and relationship deepening
• Coordinate with Wealth Management, Branch Operations, Customer Service, Lending Hubs to offer exclusive products
• Maintain KYC/compliance, monitor for fraudulent activities and ensure adherence to policies
