Job summary

United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd is seeking a dynamic Personal Banking professional to promote a wide range of financial products to high-net-worth clients and to manage key customer relationships in the Kuala Lumpur area.

You will analyze customers’ needs, tailor banking solutions, and cross-sell services to expand portfolios. The role requires integrity, strong communication, and a proactive sales mindset in a client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in the financial services industry, preferably as a personal banker.
• Candidates with any sales experience are encouraged to apply.
• High degree of integrity and professionalism, and strong customer relationship management skill.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dynamic, result driven and self motivated.

Responsibilities

• Market and promote banking products to potential clients with AUM >100k to 499k.
• Manage key relationships with existing and potential customers and provide sound advice in the management of their finances for portfolio growth.
• Analyse and match customers’ financial requirements with the bank's offerings to suit personal investment needs and grow opportunities.
• Proactively cross-sell other banking products and services.
