Job summary

Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad is seeking a customer-focused banking professional to manage and grow Private Banking relationships in Kuala Lumpur. You will deliver personalized service, handle a range of PB transactions, and resolve issues within target turnaround times.

In this role, you will proactively identify sales opportunities, expand the PB client base, and refer clients for investment accounts while strengthening existing relationships and assets under management.

Responsibilities

• Sales and service management responsibilities for Private Banking (PB) customers.
• Provide personalized service for PB customers' banking needs and resolve problems within defined TAT.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities by expanding customer base and acquiring new investment accounts through referrals and service recovery.
• Grow AUMs (CASA and Fixed Deposit) in existing relationships.
