Job summary

Alliance Bank Malaysia is seeking a results-driven PB Sales Specialist to focus on delivering personalized service to privileged customers while driving revenue growth. You will manage a portfolio, identify cross-sell opportunities, and collaborate with Wealth Management, Branch Operations and Lending teams.

You will actively expand the customer base, grow AUM in CASA and FD, and ensure compliance with KYC/AML guidelines while maintaining high service standards and a professional business image.

Qualifications

• At least a Diploma or Degree in Banking, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 2–3 years of working experience in banking, especially consumer banking.
• Excellent communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia or Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Attend to PB customers' banking needs and resolve problems within specified TAT.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities to expand AUMs and cross-sell products.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management Office, Branch Operations, Customer Service and Lending hubs for product updates.
• Promote product bundles to increase cross-sell penetration and revenue growth.
• Market and cross-sell to Alliance Bank customers; source new leads within internal databases.
