Job summary

MBSB Bank Berhad is seeking a Personal Relationship Banker to acquire, grow, and manage a portfolio of high‑value clients. You will offer tailored wealth solutions including gold accounts, unit trusts, and Takaful products, while delivering personalized financial advice and maintaining regulatory compliance.

The role focuses on client acquisition, wealth management, relationship building, and achieving sales and service targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Banking, Economics, or related field.
• Prof certifications such as UT, CFP, RFP, IPPC or investment‑related licenses are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify, acquire, and onboard new clients interested in wealth solutions.
• Collaborate with Wealth Specialists to tailor investment solutions.
• Conduct needs analysis and risk profiling to recommend products.
• Build long‑term relationships and provide ongoing advisory services.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and proper due diligence (KYC) for all clients.
