Job summary

Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad is seeking a results-driven Personal Banking sales and service professional. The role focuses on delivering personalized banking service to PB customers, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, expanding the customer base and growing AUM across CASA and FD, with collaboration across Wealth Management, Operations and Lending hubs.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in banking, strong sales acumen, and fluency in English and Malay or Chinese.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in any field is required.
At least 2–3 years working experience in the banking/financial industry, especially consumer banking.
Experience in sales or sales management is preferred.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia or Chinese, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent sales and service to PB customers, addressing banking needs and resolving issues.
Identify and pursue sales opportunities, grow customer base and assets under management.
Collaborate with Wealth Management, Operations, and Lending to offer exclusive products to affluent customers.
Cross-sell and upsell to Alliance Bank customers while managing referrals and leads.
Maintain updated product knowledge and ensure compliance and risk controls.
