Job summary

OCBC is seeking a Personal Banking Relationship Manager in Malaysia to build long‑lasting relationships with customers, helping them achieve financial goals and grow their wealth. You’ll provide tailored solutions in investments, insurance, and banking products while driving sales and expanding the customer base.

You will work with a team to deliver exceptional experiences, stay informed on market trends and regulatory changes, and continuously enhance your expertise to support client needs.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with at least 3 years of experience in banking, finance, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Proven sales and relationship-building skills with a track record of achieving targets.
• Strong product knowledge to advise on investment, insurance, and banking products.
• Self-motivated, proactive and results-driven with a focus on growth.
