Job summary

Hong Leong Bank Berhad seeks a senior wealth advisory leader to drive branch distribution and wealth management growth. You will guide a large team, set strategic directions, and collaborate with internal specialists to enhance wealth sales and service quality across branches.

The role requires a strong track record in selling fee-based products, leadership, and the ability to build profitable client relationships within a national banking network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related fields.
• FMUTM, PCE-L, PCE-G, CEILI, TBE & IPPC/CFP licenses are advantageous.
• Minimum of 5 years’ working experience preferably in selling fee-based products with a good track record.
• Excellent commercial acumen, interpersonal & managerial skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coach team members in line with bank regulations, guidelines and policies.
• Execute effective business plans to deliver target sets collectively.
• Highlight user-friendly and cost-effective sales & services to customers.
• Promote products and services to expand customers via new and existing channels, including cross selling.
• Recruit and hire Personal Bankers to grow wealth management in branch distribution.
• Strategize opportunities for business growth through community marketing and activities.
