Hong Leong Bank Berhad seeks a Wealth Executive / Senior Wealth Executive / Associate Wealth Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of individual clients. The role focuses on delivering holistic financial advice aligned with clients' life goals and risk appetite, while expanding the bank's AUM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Banking, Business Management, or related field.
• Certifications: PCE (Life/General), CEILLI, and FIMM/IPPC as applicable to license requirements.

Responsabilités

• Financial Advisory: conduct discovery sessions to understand clients' risk tolerance, objectives, and time horizons to provide tailored recommendations.
• Revenue Generation: achieve KPIs by generating fee-based income through strategic sale of wealth management products.
• Market Intelligence: stay updated on market trends, interest rate shifts, and regulatory changes to provide proactive advice to clients.
• Portfolio Growth: grow AUM through relationship management and acquisition of new-to-bank wealth clients.
• Compliance & Risk: ensure all transactions and client interactions adhere to bank policies, SOPs, and regulations (PDPA, AML/CFT, Shariah Governance).] ,
• Wealth Manager: 0-2 years; Senior Wealth Executive / Associate Wealth Manager: 3+ years in wealth management or priority banking.
