• Leadership ability to manage a large diverse team.

• Monitor and coach team members to comply with bank regulations, guidelines and policies.
• Execute effective business plans to deliver target sets and promote wealth products and services.
• Lead marketing and cross-selling initiatives to expand customer base and revenue.
• Recruit and develop Personal Bankers for top branches to grow wealth management business.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build strategic alliances for client acquisition and service excellence.
