Qualifications

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
• Strong understanding of banking products and services, including investments, loans, and wealth management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data, interpret market trends, and provide sound financial advice.
• Fluency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, acquire and onboard new HNW or corporate clients to build a robust pipeline.
• Grow and manage an existing portfolio with high client satisfaction and retention.
• Perform financial needs analysis and offer comprehensive wealth management solutions.
• Collaborate with product specialists and credit analysts to deliver integrated banking solutions.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to mitigate client risks.
• Prepare financial proposals, conduct client reviews and manage expectations.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
• Achieve individual and team KPIs and maintain accurate client records.
