Job summary

PureGen Classic Sdn Bhd, a leading distributor of water treatment systems, seeks a technical support specialist to assist customers on UF, RO, filtration, and related processes. You will support design, installation, testing and commissioning.

Prepare technical documentation, attend onsite visits, liaise with sales teams and principals, and travel to sites as required. Diploma/degree in Chemical, Environmental, or Water Engineering with 2–3 years’ field experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in chemical, environmental, water engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in water and wastewater treatment preferred.
• Willingness to travel to sites, including outstations and outdoor work.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for water and wastewater treatment products and systems.
• Assist customers during various phases of project, from design to testing and commissioning.
• Prepare and upkeep technical documentation such as design proposals, service reports, and operation manuals.
• Attend onsite jobs such as inspection, troubleshooting, and rectification.
• Liaise with internal sales team, customers, contractors, and principals on technical matters.
