• Prepare technical reports and documentation, and analyze wastewater characteristics.
• Provide technical support and training to operations staff.
• Oversee service work and liaise with site technicians for daily operations.
• Support project development including facility design, upgrades, and implementation.
• Collaborate with clients, regulators and contractors to complete projects on time and within budget.

Job description

Oversee the operation and maintenance of water treatment plants, ensuring compliance with regulations and optimizing performance

Prepare technical reports and documentation, analyze and monitor pure/wastewater characteristics, conduct feasibility studies, and evaluate treatment process

Provide technical support and guidance to operations staff, conduct training on best practices, and prepare technical reports and documentation

Oversee ongoing service work / maintenance team, and liaise with site technician for daily operating work

Support project development, including new facility design, upgrades, and implementation

Collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, regulatory agencies, and contractors, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant Chemical/ Science/ Environment field

Proficient in AutoCAD

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Willingness to travel to site locations as required

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.

Mandarin/Chinese language proficiency is an added advantage.
